Privacy Policy
LagnaMind collects birth details, account information, and usage data necessary to compute your chart and provide AI interpretation. We do not sell your personal data.
Chart data is stored securely and used only to deliver the service. You may request account deletion by emailing lagnamind.app@gmail.com.
How we share your data
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do share data with the service providers below, each used only to operate a specific part of LagnaMind:
- Anthropic — processes your questions and your chart's interpretation data to generate AI responses. Not used to train Anthropic's models.
- Google (Gmail) — sends your verification code and support emails. Receives your email address and the content of those messages.
- ip-api.com — estimates your approximate location from your IP address at login/registration, for security purposes.
- Razorpay — processes your subscription payment. We never see or store your card or UPI details directly; Razorpay handles that under its own PCI-DSS-compliant systems.
How long we keep your data
We retain your account and chart data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we delete your birth profile, chart data, and conversation history within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer where required by law or for legitimate security purposes (for example, payment records for tax compliance).
Data sent to Anthropic for AI interpretation is processed in real time and is not retained by Anthropic beyond what is required for safety and legal compliance, consistent with Anthropic's commercial API data policy. It is not used to train Anthropic's models.
Your rights over your data
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, and request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), 2023.
