- How do I change my birth details?
- Go to My Charts and choose Add a chart to enter corrected birth details. That creates a new chart — then open it with View to make it active.
- What is Chart Confidence?
- Chart Confidence is a heuristic score (roughly 20–98; typical baseline near 55) showing how strongly the factors for a life area support that reading. It is not a probability, not birth-time accuracy, and not how sure the AI is of its answer. Supportive signals raise it; mixed or challenging factors lower it.
- Why are my Chart Confidence numbers in the 40s–60s?
- That is common—the baseline is near 55. Lower scores usually mean factors are mixed or contested for that area, not that the topic is closed. Read the strengths and challenges, or ask the AI for detail.
- Does Chart Confidence mean my birth time is wrong?
- No. Birth-time quality and the birth-time validation verdict cover that. Chart Confidence can include validation score adjustments only if you accepted them—it is not a separate birth-time accuracy percentage.
